Returns Policy

Upon receipt of the products, the customer should check the packaging externally, confirming the absence of external and aesthetic defects. In case of defect the consumer is entitled to refuse the receipt of the items and return it to the distributor, to receive by signing with a reservation of the content or to contact the support department of the company within 14 calendar days via the withdrawal form or sending his request in writing. In case of expiration of this deadline, he loses all relevant rights.

If the consumer discovers a defective part of the product when unpacking the items in his or her premises, he or she must contact the company’s support department and should not proceed with its assembly if it has internal impacts or defects, in order to make it possible to determine the routing process problem and he / she shall not dispose of the original packaging of the product.

The return of products is charged to RANGAHAUS only in cases where other than the sold are delivered, by type or quantity or the item has a manufacturing defect or lack of quality which has been previously agreed in writing with RANGAHAUS.

The products must be returned in the condition received by the customer and at the agreed time.

Any delay on the part of the customer in returning the products automatically means the loss of the right to replace and accept the products as they are.

In all cases the return of the product to be replaced must be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging in perfect condition.

In any other case not covered by the above-mentioned products the transportation cost for return and repair or replacement shall be borne entirely by the customer.

In case of return of the products depending on the case, the product will be repaired if it can be done or a complete replacement only in case the product is not repaired, otherwise cancellation of the transaction if there is consent of the company, provided that they have previously received and inspected the products by RANGAHAUS, in case of cancellation, the refund to the customer will be made in the same way as their payment was made by RANGAHAUS. In particular, in case of debit by credit card RANGAHAUS will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided under the contract it has drawn up with the customer without the relevant responsibility of RANGAHAUS.

In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the option “collection from the store”, it will be refunded to him from the store where he received the product. The return will be made within fourteen (14) working days of both the product and the price.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other total or partial offset of this claim. against the customer.

The cancellation by the customer of his order in the online store due to regret is accepted only if the item has not yet been invoiced and given for shipment by RANGAHAUS. The cancellation is done by sending an electronic message (e-mail) to RANGAHAUS on behalf of the customer. The customer must state the exact details of his order. Cancellation does not occur unless a relevant confirmation is sent by RANGAHAUS by e-mail to the customer. In case the customer has paid the value of his approved order before the cancellation statement and the RANGAHAUS has already received it, then RANGAHAUS owes according to the Joint Ministerial Decision Ζ1-891 (Government Gazette ΒΔ 2144 / 30.08. 2013) within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return to the customer the value received in the same way that he hastened its payment (by repaying the amount to a bank account, by paying cash, etc.). Otherwise in case a payment order has been issued by the customer but the money has not been collected by RANGAHAUS (such as in the case of a credit card debit order but the Bank has not yet paid the price to RANGAHAUS), then RANGAHAUS is obliged within the period of fourteen (14) working days to expedite any necessary action and statement to any competent body (Bank, etc.) for the notification of the cancellation of the order and the obligation to return any amount owed to the customer. In this case RANGAHAUS is considered to have legally fulfilled its obligations, and the cancellation of any charge will be made based on the terms of the contract that connects the customer with this third party (Bank, etc.)and RANGAHAUS does not bear any responsibility regarding the return time or reimbursement of any relevant charge.

The special right of the consumer for unjustified withdrawal (article 4 § 10 Law 2251/1994, in combination with JM Z1-891 / 2013):
Especially in case the user / customer is a natural person (i.e. not legal entity, even non-profit) that buys products remotely  from the online store of RANGAHAUS exclusively for its private use and not in the context of its professional activity (hereinafter “the consumer”)is entitled to withdraw unjustifiably from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of physical possession of the product to the same or to its authorized representative, returning the product to its original condition with complete packaging materials and in excellent condition (packaged) . For this reason, caution is indicated during unpacking. The withdrawal of the consumer is unjustified , without the consumer being obliged to cite reasons justifying the withdrawal, as well as without financial burden on the consumer, with the exception of the charge for the cost of returning the product and any reduction in the value of the product due to the condition of the products on return .

The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and RANGAHAUS is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it.

Following the withdrawal statement, the RANGAHAUS is obliged to return the price received.

The return will be made within fourteen (14) working days of both the product and the price. It is pointed out that the risk of loss, damage or destruction of the product remains with the consumer until the receipt of the product by RANGAHAUS.

Delivery and / or assembly costs charged at the time of delivery, or costs in favor of third party carriers, hoists, cranes and generally any other costs other than the value of the product are not refundable .

The customer is responsible to compensate the company if he made use other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal and RANGAHAUS is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even with mutual offset.

NO retreat:

In the case of products that have been made specifically for the consumer , with specific specifications or requirements of the consumer or in general products personalized for the consumer.

In cases where the products have been used , as their use clearly goes beyond the usual examination of the product to determine its nature, characteristics and function, as it would take place in a physical store, making the product second-hand.

In the event that the consumer has made only electronic (on line) or telephone booking of a product, without obligation to pay, in order to buy it from a physical store of RANGAHAUS, as this transaction does not constitute a distance sale, to which only it applies specifically the consumer’s right of unjustified withdrawal.

It is understood that in all the above cases, as in any case, the consumer retains in full his general right to withdraw from the contract of sale and return of the product due to legal or factual defects or lack of agreed properties that he finds upon receipt and its use, in accordance with the general provisions of articles 540 et seq. of the Civil Code, article 5 of law 2251/1994 and the other provisions of protection of the consumer and the buyer in general.
