Product Delivery

RANGAHAUS provides different types of shipments for the purchased furniture and decorative items from the customer. 

Furniture receipts are by appointment, weekdays from 10:00 am to 03:00 p.m. eiter at the Rangahaus Showroom or at the Rangahaus Factory, as long as there is stock available or within the time required to manufacture them according to the customer’s options.

VALID ONLY FOR FURNITURE 

All the orders of furniture within Atiica with Rangahaus owns is free of charge. 

Upon payment of the order, Rangahaus will contact with the customer  to set the date and time of the delivery. 

Deliveries to other areas of Attica (such as Loutsa, Kalamos, Anavyssos, Keratea, Mandra, Salamina, etc.) are made free of charge, however, based on route completion and there may be differences in the delivery date. 

RANGAHAUS may modify the delivery time for reasons beyond its means such as force majeure, non-communication or cancellation of an appointment by the customer or delays in raw materials from suppliers (such as textiles).

In case of any difficulty in delivery, the customer must notify the company in advance, as well as if there is difficulty in accessing the space or the floor.

In case of need to use a bucket lift truck due to difficult accessibility, the customer must have informed the company in parallel with his order. The lease of the elevator is done through an external partner and the cost is borne by the customer. RANGAHAUS is not responsible for non-delivery of the products in the stated time if the customer omits this information.

Delivery via transport agency: 

After the payment of the order, the products are packed and delivered free of charge by Rangahaus to the Attica branch of the transport agency indicated by the customer, at the latest within 7 working days, if there is stock available or withing the time required for their manufacture in accordance with customers options. 

Note: Transport agencies require dismantling of large furniture. The company provides assembly information and recommends that assembly be performed by an experienced skilled craftsman. The company is not responsible for any damages caused during the furniture assembly process by the Customer.

The transport of the furniture through a transport agency is carried out at the responsibility of the customer and the transport costs are borne by the customer. Transport agencies deliver on pavement. In case the customer wants delivery to his place, he must make special arrangements with the company.

The customer must take photos of the order’s packaging during delivery. In the event that the packages are worn or damaged, the customer has the right either not to receive, or to inform the driver, describe the damage in the Order Form and provide the transport company with the corresponding photos.

At the customer’s request, the company provides the manufacture of wooden boxes for the safer transport of the furniture with an additional charge borne by the Customer. The cost of the wooden boxes is calculated according to the volume and weight of the order and is communicated to the customer afterwards by telephone or in writing by e-mail and his acceptance is requested.

– Furniture Delivery outside Attica with Rangahaus own means: 

The company has its own vehicles and specialized staff to transport its furniture outside of Attica at its own risk.

After payment of the order, Rangahaus contacts the customer either by phone or in writing via e-mail, at the latest within 4 working days of the order to inform him of the cost of transporting furniture and his acceptance is requested. The cost of transporting furniture is calculated after the order and according to the mileage, the volume of the order and the accessibility of the space.

Rangahaus’ delivery team will transport and place the furniture in the place indicated by the customer.

The delivery team may ask the customer to take photos of the area where the furniture was placed. The photos are used exclusively internally to ensure the company that the furniture was delivered in perfect condition and are never used for advertising purposes in any display medium, unless there is the written consent of the customer.

Valid only for the decorative items or products under to 6kg.

The shipping of decorative items under 6 kg is provided free of charge, inside and outside Attica.

The processing of orders received by the company takes place from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 15:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays are processed the next business day.

Products bought by the Customer will be delivered to the address the Customer has specified as the delivery address. The Customer will also receive a copy of the sales document and dispatch note. Deliveries will be provided upon proof of purchase and the recipient’s signature on the relevant documents.

Delivery may be delayed due to extraordinary circumstances:

a) During high volume periods.
b) Due to adverse weather conditions.
c) Due to unforeseen events.

Free shipping throughout Greece, with delivery within 1 to 5 working days depending on the accessibility of each region.

The company freely chooses the means of shipment where the place of delivery is served by its distribution network and communicates it to the customer either by telephone or by e-mail of acceptance of the order.

If the mission concerns a remote or inaccessible destination (but not limited to, island or border area, etc.), then the customer / user can be informed later by telephone or e-mail.

Τhe shipment of the order through a courier company is the responsibility of the customer.
