Order Methods

The customer is informed about the availability of the products either by e-mail or by phone or on the website. RANGAHAUS reserves the right to inform customers in case of subsequent (after the submission of the order by the customer) non-availability of any kind, for the possible delivery time. In this case, if it is deemed that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the customer, the customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order with a written statement (by e-mail) which is made to the detriment of the customer. If the unavailability concerns only a part of the ordered items of an order, the rest of the order is executed normally unless the items in the order are relevant, will be used as a whole and have a follow-up character with each other and the customer declares that the partial fulfillment of the order does not serve his needs or interests, so RANGAHAUS must cancel the entire order.

The user of the online store, if he wishes to place an order, can first follow the process of registering a user in the online store (receiving username and password), so that he can be identified and identified by the store, for security reasons of his transactions in the future. The acceptance by the COMPANY of the order and its completion takes place after RANGAHAUS sends either to the e-mail address of the user or by any other convenient means, even by phone, a relevant confirmation message of the possibility of execution of the order and product sent by order for receipt from a physical store of RANGAHAUS. The delivery time is also agreed in this message electronically or by phone. It is understood that in the event that for some reason RANGAHAUS does not accept the user’s proposal and the order confirmation is not completed, the user has no obligation to pay if he has made a relevant payment transaction (e.g. by credit card or by deposit in RANGAHAUS bank account), the payment is canceled under the responsibility of RANGAHAUS and any payments are returned to the customer in the same way as they were made. No modification of the order or new agreement on it will be accepted unless it is recorded in writing and accepted by both parties. Prior to the transfer of the order, the customer must check each relevant feature of the goods and services ordered, as described on the pages of the store so as not to have any doubts about the features and properties of the ordered products or services. The failure of the customer to be adequately informed is not in any case the responsibility of the company but is his sole responsibility. The prices of the products listed on the website of each product are always the final ones (i.e. the corresponding VAT is included), are valid for sale from the online store and do not include shipping or transportation and assembly costs which are then calculated on the order page based on the relevant debit rules of the relevant capital of these terms below. In case the shipping and delivery costs cannot be reasonably calculated in advance due to the specificity of the place of delivery, the reservation for additional charge of shipping costs is stated in the text of the order and these are calculated and notified to the customer, by telephone and the acceptance on his part. The arrangements for payment, delivery, execution, the deadline within which RANGAHAUS undertakes to deliver the goods or provide its services and, where applicable, the policy applied by RANGAHAUS to deal with complaints or the conditions, the exceptions, the deadline and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal are described below. The customer will be charged with the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal when and in the event that with the consent of the company the withdrawal is valid.
RANGAHAUS is not obliged in no case based on the principle of good faith and the habits of transactions, to accept an order and enter into a sale of products or services, which appear in the online store, due to a typographical or computer error, at an incorrect price, ie different from the current one based on its pricing policy for that period. If in order such an error in the price is found only in a part of the ordered items, then the order is normally valid only for the other items and is considered not made for the items in which an error was found, unless the items in the order are relevant, RANGAHAUS can cancel the entire order. No additional charge on the order is borne by the customer without his explicit consent. The sending of the order for approval to RANGAHAUS is a statement of acceptance and consent for all charges incurred in the order. RAngahaus undertakes the manufacture of furniture according to the preferences and needs of the customer.
Special constructions are ordered only in writing via e-mail to ensure a full understanding and record of the customer’s requests.
Rangahaus will notify the customer with photographic or design material via e-mail, the available options that serve the customer’s needs and preferences.
For a special construction order to be considered valid, the customer must give his written approval, complete and sign the Special Construction Form and complete the payment with at least 40% of the total value of the order.

The Customer is informed with photographic material by the company during the production process and, where deemed necessary by the company, has the possibility to visit the construction site by appointment.

Due to the naturalness and special and unique characteristics of wood, the customer must be aware that all natural characteristics of wood (eg cracks or various irregularities in texture and shades) are not considered defects but are part of the natural products.
